London, 5th October 2022 - InfoSum, the world’s leading data collaboration platform, today announced the appointment of Ben Chivers as VP, Client Services. Based in London, Ben will lead the global client services strategy, including customer success, customer operations, and sales engineering. Ben’s team is responsible for generating value for our customers, by ensuring clients are using InfoSum to its full potential.

Ben joins from Silverbullet, a leading consultancy that helps clients derive value from their first-party data. During his tenure at Silverbullet, Ben was first exposed to InfoSum while designing a first-party data solution for Channel 4 - a solution that InfoSum was an integral part of.

Ben brings an extensive background in client services and advertising, having spent the last 12 years at industry-leading, fast-growth technology and consulting companies. Ben previously led European client series for FreeWheel, where he built out the team from one to more than 50, and served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in Digital Video and cut his teeth on the first iterations of iPlayer, ITV Hub, and other industry-changing technological advances.

Lauren Wetzel, Chief Operating Officer, commented on Ben’s appointment:

“I have had the pleasure of working alongside Ben in two previous roles, which gives me a unique position of confidence that we’re making a world-class hire. He joins us at a crucial time where we need to be innovative and smart in how we help design the future of advertising and the use of consumer data. Coming from the client side, Ben can bring great insights into what the market needs and how we can help scale up while delivering great value. Ben’s track record of leading organizations and teams through periods of rapid growth will be invaluable as we continue our mission to power full-scale first-party data collaboration with maximum protection.”

Ben added:

“Having spent the last 5 years consulting for some of the largest brands and media owners globally, I have seen first-hand companies are in need of data clean rooms – even if they don’t know it yet. I have been fortunate to work with some amazing tech companies, but I have to say InfoSum is the tech platform that opened my eyes to what the future of marketing could look like. My work with InfoSum over the years with Channel 4, ITV, and Heineken has shown me what an opportunity we have here at InfoSum to help the biggest brands, content owners, data owners and agencies make the most of their first-party data.”
