New York, US, 16th November - InfoSum, the world’s leading decentralized marketing infrastructure provider, today announced the appointment of two key US hires - Marc Cestaro and Kyle Waxman. Marc and Kyle will work with recently appointed Lauren Wetzel to drive revenue growth in North America.

Marc has a wealth of experience within the Advanced TV market, having previously held senior positions at MODI Media (Group M’s Advanced TV team) and Nielsen. Due to its high level of authenticated first-party data, Advanced TV has a natural synergy with InfoSum, something Marc is keen to explore further in the US given the success demonstrated by leading UK broadcasters, Channel 4 and ITV.

Marc commented on joining InfoSum, “During my time in the Advanced TV space, it became abundantly clear that there was a gap in the way data is leveraged by advertisers and media alike. InfoSum’s decentralized infrastructure approach is exactly what the marketplace needs. As the focus on data privacy continues to ramp up, and legacy infrastructure that requires data centralization and commingling become increasingly obsolete, the opportunity to help alleviate challenges while significantly decreasing timelines across not only the media landscape but data as a whole, seemed like the perfect fit.”

Kyle joins InfoSum from ZEFR where he was SVP, Sales, and brings extensive experience working with brands and agencies to deliver audience focussed data-driven marketing initiatives. Kyle has previously held leadership roles at Disney (Babble/Kaboose), Solve Media, Beachfront and Peel.

Kyle commented on his appointment, “InfoSum provides an immediate solution for brands to protect their first-party consumer data, and better optimize its use to speak with customers across the digital ecosystem. With InfoSum’s decentralized marketing infrastructure, brands are able to target an audience with a high level of precision while prioritizing consumer privacy. This results in high audience alignment with strong purchase intent, and ultimately more brand revenue. The approach is a better solution for brands, publishers and most importantly, consumers. I am excited to deliver the InfoSum solution to new partners in the US.”

Lauren Wetzel, President, North America, Global Strategy and Operations at InfoSum added “These latest appointments are an indicator of InfoSum’s commitment and investment to deliver against the growing opportunities in the US market. I’m thrilled to welcome Marc and Kyle to InfoSum. They bring unique experiences and horsepower to deliver InfoSum’s decentralized marketing infrastructure to the brands, media owners, and platforms, who seek a better model that prioritizes consumer trust. This is just the beginning!”
